Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field execution on utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will align mobilization, planning, and execution with the Project Execution Plan, monitor production and cost against budget, and enforce EPC contract requirements on site.

The role requires a strong on-site presence, subcontractor oversight, and collaboration with project managers, engineers and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible construction experience.
• Prior experience on utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for safe, high-quality field execution and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Lead pre-planning, mobilization, and execution in line with the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Monitor production, cost performance, and compliance with EPC contract requirements.
• Manage subcontractor performance, safety, and quality controls.
• Support commissioning, closeout, and demobilization activities.
• Coach and mentor field staff and ensure supervisors develop their teams.
