Job summary

SunEnergy1 seeks a Director of Project Management to oversee on-site EPC delivery of utility-scale solar projects from NTP to COD. The role requires leadership of schedule, budgets, and contract execution, ensuring client satisfaction and margin protection.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Construction Director, leading project controls, and managing risks across schedule, cost, and commercial aspects while communicating with executives and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of project management experience, including utility-scale solar or large infrastructure EPC projects.
• Proven track record managing full lifecycle EPC contracts from NTP to COD.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management practices.
• Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of on-site EPC projects (20MW–500MW+).
• Own the master schedule, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to meet targets.
• Administer EPC contracts, lead change orders, claims development, and dispute resolution.
• Direct project controls and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues for timely resolution.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and lead project meetings.
