Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of residential solar, storage, and roofing solutions and utility incentives.
• Excellent customer service with honesty and trust-building.
• Foundation in energy and energy management, and ability to evaluate home energy usage.
• Prior experience in residential solar or home services sales is a plus.
• On-site work capability with valid driver’s license and local travel.
• High school diploma required; college coursework in related fields is beneficial.
