Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about solar benefits, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with Solar Consultants.

We value outgoing, energetic team members who thrive in conversation, generate high-quality appointments, and help homeowners save money with solar solutions. Approximately 40 hours per week with flexible schedules and benefits for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Educate homeowners about the benefits of going solar.
• Ability to engage shoppers and qualify prospects according to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Qualify homeowners based on company guidelines.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company.
• Accurately record appointments and customer information.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals.
