Location: Field-Based (Local Markets) Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: Performance-Based (Average reps earn $4,000–$7,000/month; top performers exceed $10,000) Schedule: Afternoon–Evening Availability Required

Position Summary

As a Residential Energy Advisor, you will work directly in local neighborhoods educating homeowners on energy efficiency and solar options. Your responsibility is to identify qualified homeowners and schedule consultations for our senior energy consultants.

This role does not involve closing sales.

No prior solar experience is required — we provide comprehensive training, scripts, and ongoing support.

Core Responsibilities
