The position involves in-home or virtual consultations, developing customized energy plans, and collaborating with design and installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs while staying current on financing options and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required); Bachelor's degree a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Consultative, customer-first mindset with ability to explain technical concepts simply
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable
• Previous sales, consulting, or renewable energy experience is helpful but not required
