Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 2–3 years in utility-scale solar preferred.
• Ability to interpret one-lines, drawings, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical field operations.
• Conduct daily/weekly field coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
