Job summary

Harvest Solar is seeking a Solar Project Manager to oversee multiple construction sites and supervise the installation workforce to meet schedules. You will lead safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction/installation with NABCEP certification and MIOSHA 30, plus a bachelor’s in construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management required.
• NABCEP Certified Installation Professional required.
• MIOSHA 30 Certification required.
• 10+ years of construction, installation and quality systems experience required.
• AC and DC electrical installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce company rules, discipline as needed and coordinate with HR.
• Instruct and supervise safe, productive installation processes.
• Maintain clean, safe work sites and proper housekeeping.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and inspectors to meet schedules.
• Assist in workforce scheduling and project planning.
• Ensure proper training for safe, quality installations.
• Manage materials on hand and inventory levels.
• Document accidents and file required reports.
• Assist in hiring to meet installation schedules.
