Job summary

All America Threaded Products, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support shipping, inventory, and order processing at our Lancaster, PA facility. The role is on-site, full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus incentives.

You will manage orders, invoices, carrier communications, and collaborate with Sales to meet shipping priorities. A minimum of two years in an administrative warehouse role or equivalent is required, with strong MS 365 skills and

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in an administrative warehouse role or equivalent educational background.
• Proficiency with bills of lading, shipping invoices and related docs.
• Ability to meet shipping deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular, predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and generate invoices for shipped orders.
• Coordinate with transportation carriers for freight quotes, pickups, and shipping requirements.
• Provide freight cost information to internal departments as requested.
• Collaborate with Sales to coordinate shipments and prioritize orders.
• Prepare, review, and ensure shipping documents accompany outgoing shipments.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with counts and production reporting.
