VIZpin Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse and operations tasks in Lancaster, PA. This part-time role emphasizes accuracy in order preparation, inventory control, and shipment readiness.

Responsibilities include shipping orders on Wednesdays and Fridays, reconciling inventory, palletizing large orders, recording serial numbers, light assembly, and general warehouse organization. Flexible hours may be added as needed.

Qualificações

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform light physical work.
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Accurately record serial numbers and maintain inventory records.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willing to assist wherever needed in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Warehouse/shipping/inventory experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and ship customer orders on Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Reconcile inventory and maintain accurate stock counts.
• Prepare large orders for freight shipment, palletize, and record serial numbers.
• Assist with light product assembly and packing.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventories and workspaces.
• Support miscellaneous operational projects and administrative tasks.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
