Job summary

CAMBA Inc. is seeking a House Manager for CAMBA Opportunity House in downtown Brooklyn to supervise on-site operations, ensure client care, and maintain safety and confidentiality. The role requires a HS Diploma or GED (or AA/BA) and 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Must remain on-site to supervise shifts and provide coverage during breaks.
• Ensure compliance with DHS, CAMBA policies and privacy regulations for health information.
• Input client data using DHS’ CARES database.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and funders.
• Ensure safety and security of the facility and proper staffing levels.
• Oversee staff performance and conduct meetings as requested.
• Respond to complaints and incidents with documentation and resolution.
