Job summary

CAMBA in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Supervisor I (House Manager) to oversee daily operations, ensure client safety, and maintain regulatory compliance within the facility.

You will supervise staff, manage shift coverage, document incidents, and coordinate with security and health services to support residents. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to respond to emergencies, with on-site presence and a focus on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four (4) years applicable experience.
• Bilingual in English and another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure confidentiality.
• Input client data into DHS CARES database as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NYS DHS, NYC FDNY, and other agencies.
• Provide on-site supervision and staff coverage.
• Manage shift operations and document incidents and compliance.
