Job summary

CAMBA in Brooklyn seeks an Overnight Manager to oversee the 12 AM–8 AM shift at 27 Winthrop Street. You will supervise staff, ensure client safety, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate daily operations to deliver housing and supportive services.

The role requires on-site presence, crisis management, data input, incident reporting, and compliance with agency policies. Candidates must have a HS diploma or GED with relevant experience, be certified in First Aid/CPR, overdose prevention, and

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3 years relevant supervisory experience.
• Must obtain First Aid/CPR, overdose prevention, and Fire Safety Coordinator certifications.
• Ability to work 12 AM–8 AM shift and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Input client data into database and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Oversee staff on the overnight shift and ensure safety and security.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and coordinate with funders as needed.
• Prepare and review weekly reports and performance appraisals.
