Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance, ensuring quality work orders, safety, and efficiency. The role requires living on-site in a company-provided apartment and being available for after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.

You will oversee maintenance staff, manage inventories and invoices, and coordinate with the Community Manager on hiring. EPA/CPO certifications are preferred, HVAC/plumbing expertise is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Must have leadership experience in a maintenance or property operations role.
• Strong background in multi-family property maintenance preferred.
• EPA certification required or to be obtained within 120 days of start date.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis.

Aufgaben

• Lead maintenance staff by setting direction, priorities, and schedules.
• Run preventative maintenance to minimize emergency repairs.
• Manage inventory, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ensure work orders meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Inspect units for move-ins and perform quality control.
• Interview and hire with the Community Manager.
• Respond to emergencies after hours as needed.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.
