Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead a on-site maintenance team, ensuring quality work orders and safety compliance for residents. You will manage staff, schedule preventive maintenance, inspect units, and coordinate with contractors for high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have prior leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of maintenance safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
• EPA certification required; obtain within 120 days if not held.
• HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
• CPO certification and pool maintenance skills preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance staff by setting direction, priorities, and schedules.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Maintain community inventory, monitor purchase orders, and approve invoices.
• Ensure maintenance work orders meet high quality and safety standards.
• Inspect apartments for move-ins and perform quality control.
• Interview and hire qualified candidates with the Community Manager.
• Work with the team to achieve goals and train staff as needed.
• Evaluate contractor projects for quality and contract compliance.
• Respond to emergencies after hours as needed.
