Job summary

W. W. Grainger is seeking an On-Site Service Representative in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time role involves servicing multiple customer locations, stocking products, and solving customer issues on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 4pm.

The OSR will follow routing plans, support sales through KeepStock, and partner with teams to grow Grainger’s MRO solutions at Cheyenne and Ft Collins locations.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/ or work in difficult positions.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations; ensure stocking levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probes for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
