Job summary

Grainger in Colorado is seeking a Part-Time On-Site Service Representative for the Greeley/Ft Morgan area. The role supports inventory management and delivers outstanding customer service across multiple locations on a Monday–Friday schedule, 7am–3pm.

The OSR reports to Onsite Services and collaborates with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings while improving route efficiency and productivity in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/ or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Handle different technical and operational issues.
• Have andmaintaina valid driver's license in State of residence.
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stockpurchased product in designated customer locations; ensure stocking levels by scanning for ordering as inventory depletes.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probes for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
