Job summary

Grainger is hiring an On-Site Service Representative (Part-Time 20 hours) to service Greeley and Ft Morgan areas, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 3pm. The role reports to Onsite Services and focuses on inventory management, customer service, and expanding Grainger solutions at customer sites.

You will work across multiple locations, stock products, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales to meet customer needs while adhering to safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/ or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Have andmaintaina valid driver's license in State of residence.
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock product in designated customer locations, ensure product stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probes for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
