Job summary

Grainger is hiring a Full-Time On-Site Service Representative to support Cheyenne and Ft Collins customers. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, and reports to the Onsite Services supervisor. You will manage customer inventories, stock products, and maintain service levels across multiple locations.

As part of Grainger’s team, you’ll identify needs, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with sales partners to expand KeepStock offerings and overall MRO solutions for our customers.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Handle different technical and operational issues.
• Valid driver's license for state of residence.
• Must carry automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify needs.
• Probes for customer needs during site visits and works with sales partners.
