Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Austin, TX is seeking a Service Administrator to support the Service Department by coordinating communications between customers, service advisors, management and other dealership teams.

You will schedule appointments, answer calls, prepare invoices and maintain customer, vehicle and repair order records to keep the service flow efficient and professional, and assist with departmental reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• Drug free workplace.
• EOE statement.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and overflow calls.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Assist customers with service inquiries and direct calls.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and repair order records.
• Process invoices and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty and Accounting.
