• Excellent communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments by phone, email, and in person.
• Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate advisor.
• Coordinate with service advisors to manage next appointments.
• Process warranty claims and prepare warranty orders.
• Maintain warranty records and liaise with warranty providers.
• Provide administrative support to staff.
