Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Elevate Solutions specialist in Meridian, ID. This is a 100% in-office role based at our Meridian, ID location.

The role focuses on expert payroll processing, HR data management, and client inquiry resolution with an emphasis on accuracy and high-touch service for enterprise clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with client contracts, and mentor teammates while supporting leadership in onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Managed Services required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a payroll service bureau, benefits center, or as a payroll/HR/benefits administrator required.
• Expert proficiency in payroll systems, HCM workflows, and data management.
• Experience in customer service or previous client interfacing role with proven ability to manage escalations and complex inquiries.
• Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Data accuracy and proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: Execute and oversee highly complex end-to-end payroll tasks with accuracy.
• Data Maintenance: Manage HR, timekeeping, and pay data updates and changes.
• Client Issue Resolution: Lead and resolve complex service requests from clients.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain expert knowledge and contribute to training materials.
• Quality & Compliance: Perform advanced audits and reconciliations for compliance.
• Support Tax Filings: Assist with preparation, validation, and tracking of payroll tax filings.
• Mentorship & Leadership Support: Guide teammates and help onboarding and training.
