Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant I for a 4-month, on-site contract in Meridian, ID. You will support small business clients by configuring HCM solutions, conducting needs analyses, and ensuring accurate data conversion during transitions to our platform.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented, customer-centric service with collaboration across sales, product SMEs, and project managers, and requires strong Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Customer Service or client-facing role.
• 1+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternative qualifications considered with experience.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to adapt quickly to new software platforms.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to meet client deadlines and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients during the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide post-implementation support and data migration assistance.
• Assist with data migration, mapping, and validation to ensure accurate integration.
• Collaborate with sales, product SMEs and project managers to deliver implementations.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and escalate when needed.
