Responsibilities

• Payroll & HR Data Entry: maintain and process payroll and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Client Communication: deliver clear, professional communication via phone, email, and tickets.
• Ownership & Follow-Through: manage client workload with timely follow-up and resolution of tasks.
• Problem Solving: diagnose and resolve payroll/data discrepancies with available tools and guidance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with Product Support, Tax, Benefits to ensure seamless service.
• Process Adherence: comply with internal procedures and payroll policies.
