Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in payroll systems, HCM workflows, and data management.
• Experience in customer service or client interfacing roles with escalations.

• Data accuracy and proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration: end-to-end tasks, audits, and post-processing confirmations.
• Data maintenance: updates to HR, timekeeping, and pay data.
• Client issue resolution: resolve day-to-day service requests and escalations.
• Knowledge management: maintain platform knowledge and contribute to documentation updates.
• Quality & compliance: perform audits and reconciliations to ensure compliance.
• Support tax filings: assist with payroll tax filings and deadlines.
• Mentorship & leadership support: mentor teammates and assist with onboarding.
• Strategic oversight: engage with clients and provide proactive recommendations.
