Qualifications

• Four‑year degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 5–7 years scheduling experience on large commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage schedules with CPM/EVM concepts.
• Proficiency in Primavera, ASTA, MS Office and schedule analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, maintenance, updating and reporting of project schedules.
• Facilitate schedule communication among internal stakeholders and owner liaison.
• Apply earned value management to monitor progress and variances.
• Develop WBS, logic, and schedule baselines; perform trend analysis.
• Prepare status reports and narratives for project management and owner.
• Lead weekly trade partner schedule meetings and coordinate transmittals.
