Job summary

The Haskell Company in Salt Lake City is seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize project timelines. You will work with Primavera P6, analyze critical paths, and ensure schedules align with budgets and milestones.

You should have a four-year engineering or construction management degree, English and Spanish fluency, and 1–5 years of large-project scheduling experience. On-site work and travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 including cost/resource loading and analysis.
• 1–5 years scheduling experience on large construction projects.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of industry-standard bid practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on estimates-to-complete and cash flow projections.
• Create baseline reviews and network diagrams, bar charts, and reports.
• Monitor resource loading and schedule progress to support cost control.
• Attend project reviews and provide technical scheduling advice.
• Support estimate generation for proposals.
