Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• 7+ years combined experience in scheduling, construction, engineering, etc.
• Senior or lead scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to gather scheduling information.
• Monitor progress, identify conflicts, and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
• Implement best practices for schedule optimization and critical path analysis.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Provide regular schedule performance reports highlighting concerns and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve conflicts and align with goals.
• Mentor and train junior schedulers in scheduling techniques and software.
