Job summary

Intel Corporation's Foundry Capacity and Strategic Planning group is seeking a seasoned capacity planning leader. You will partner with Factory General Managers, Manufacturing Leadership, Technology Development, Finance, and Operations to develop executable capacity strategies across multiple technologies, sites, and horizons.

The role requires strong presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex analyses into concise business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, IE, OR, Supply Chain, Business, Economics).
• 7+ years in capacity planning, strategic planning, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, or semiconductor operations.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions.
• Proven ability to work with manufacturing and factory leadership.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics to improve processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range capacity planning and demand analysis across Intel's manufacturing network.
• Develop capacity strategies balancing demand, capability, capital, and finance.
• Perform tradeoff analyses for capacity, technology, factory space, and network optimization.
• Collaborate with Fab Managers to ensure executable plans.
• Identify risks and develop mitigations to support objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations and business cases for leadership.
• Translate analyses into actionable business insights for enterprise decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Manufacturing, Tech Development, Finance, etc.
• Leverage AI and analytics to improve planning efficiency and risk detection.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled planning across the org.
