Intel Corporation invites applications for a senior Strategic/Development Industrial Engineer to spearhead the Foundry Capacity Optimization digital transformation. You will architect scalable systems, drive AI/ML deployment for capacity planning, and eliminate manual data work across fab and demand datasets.

This role partners with senior stakeholders to deliver multi-year roadmaps and measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/BS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Eng., OR Operations Research.
• 12+ years with a Bachelor's, 8+ with a Master, or 6+ with a PhD in a relevant domain.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Digital Transformation Roadmap for FCO, including LR planning and capacity modeling.
• Lead AI/ML/automation initiatives to automate decision-support pipelines and data flows.
• Eliminate manual data mapping and reconciliation across fab, demand, and tool datasets.
• Benchmark against peer foundries and adjacent industries for advanced planning techniques.
• Mentor engineers and drive adoption of digital tools and standardized workflows.
