Qualifications

• 7+ years in capacity/strategic planning, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, or semiconductor ops.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with manufacturing organizations and factory leadership.
• Experience using AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range capacity planning and scenario development for the manufacturing network.
• Develop capacity strategies balancing demand, capital investments, and financial objectives.
• Drive tradeoff analyses across capacity, tech transitions, and network optimization.
• Partner with Fab Managers and leadership to ensure executable plans.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to support business goals.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business cases.
• Translate analyses into concise business insights for enterprise decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Manufacturing, Tech Development, Finance, and Supply Planning.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve planning efficiency and decision quality.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled planning across the organization.
