Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations research, finance or accounting or economics or a related specialized field with 4+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or a PhD.
• 4+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in manufacturing systems design, process optimization, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with simulation software, statistical analysis tools, or equivalent industry-standard technologies.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Excel, including advanced analytics and modeling capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages or data visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term capacity strategies considering product roadmaps, architecture, demand variability, factory capabilities, and forecast uncertainties.
• Analyze operational data to identify risks and opportunities and communicate recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Optimize equipment schedules, layouts, and procurement plans to ensure operational efficiency while meeting cost, quality, and technical requirements.
• Design production capacity models, implement layout methodologies, and develop data systems to improve factory performance and maintain quality standards.
• Forecast build plans and facility designs to align with evolving business needs and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed execution plans and systems supporting organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate toolset performance and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Intel's network strategy and compliance with objectives.
