Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in data analysis, capacity planning, or financial systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with leadership exposure.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership on cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop capacity strategies aligned to demand and capital constraints to optimize network output.
• Apply modelling to identify tool moves, conversions, and network optimization opportunities.
• Develop capital investment strategies to maximize return while identifying risks.
