Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Chief Engineer for our Dallas, TX on-site facility. You will oversee the efficient, safe operation of all building systems and lead the engineering team, with responsibilities including budgeting, capital planning, and contractor oversight.

The role requires on-site presence and may involve on-call rotation. Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of engineering leadership, EPA CFC certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of related experience in engineering leadership.
• Universal CFC EPA certification.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage engineering team(s) through other senior engineers.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of building systems.
• Lead budgeting and participate in operating budget processes; manage capital projects.
• Direct contractors; supervise and train staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and service calls; coordinate trainings and practices.
