Qualifications

• 1-3 years documented experience with card access and CCTV.
• Knowledge of test equipment, multimeter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices.
• Experience installing, inspecting, repairing, and programming card access and CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and perform service/repair on card access, CCTV, burglar alarm systems at customer sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specs, and manuals to service equipment.
• Provide high level customer service and communicate clearly with customers during service.
