Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with card access and CCTV.
• Knowledge of test equipment (multimeter, digital analyzer) and commissioning devices.
• Experience installing, inspecting, repairing, and programming access/CCTV.
• Ability to read blueprints and submittals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform service/ repairs on access control and CCTV at customer sites.
• Provide high-level customer service and solutions at the time of service.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations.
• Available for on-call emergency service.
• Maintain truck inventory for timely responses.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
