Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom projects for assigned customers. You will oversee hardware design, programming, installation, commissioning, and project closeout while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or trade school graduate, military, or two year Associate degree in a technical field involving electronics or computers.
• Active certifications in access control/CCTV/intrusion/intercom.
• Experience with installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site for fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, billings, and timelines; pursue change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide on-site training and documentation; ensure warranty execution.
