Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Danvers, MA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, with starting pay of $21 per hour.

You’ll oversee on-site security operations, staff scheduling, and training to ensure contract requirements and service quality are met, while managing incidents and payroll details as needed. The position emphasizes supervisory experience in security, licensing compliance, and strong communication to coordinate with clients and personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company/client vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security, or an Associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Able to operate radio/console and interact with the public.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Assist with payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications and direct subordinates accordingly.
• Provide direction and discipline as needed; promote productivity and cost reduction.
• Make recommendations regarding post orders and surveys.
