Training, orientation, and strong advancement opportunities are highlighted for a full-time position. The role requires supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass required licensure tests.

Formación

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum supervisory experience in security or an associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and work in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret data.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee security functions on-site, including staffing and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Manage overtime and maintain service quality and compliance.
• Review incident reports and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and communicate effectively with the client.
