Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance for a client site. You will manage daily activities and coordinate with client representatives to ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Be 21 years or older and able to operate radio/console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain control of overtime according to AUS policy.
• Inspect personnel performance and service quality on shift.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and address disciplinary decisions.
