Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Galena Park, TX to oversee on-site security operations for a client. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure contract compliance while delivering high-quality service.

This is a full-time role with room for growth within our nationwide security network. The position requires 2+ years of security supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties.
