Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. The role emphasizes staffing, training, scheduling, and on-site oversight to meet contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory security experience, be 21 or older, and able to pass licensing tests.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any required state licensing or training.
• Must be 21+ and able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure service quality.
• Handle payroll reviews, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
