Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of on-site security services for a client. The role requires leadership, reliability, and a focus on contract compliance and safety.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have supervisory security experience, a high school diploma and the ability to pass required trainings and licensing tests.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or licensing for licensing.
• Must pass a State licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys and post orders).
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to performance of their duties.
