Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Austin, TX to oversee on-site security operations for a client location. You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, and post orders to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or higher, at least one year of supervisory security experience, and excellent communication skills. A valid state license may be required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of verifiable supervisory experience in security preferred.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract requirements and quality standards are met.
• Manage overtime and payroll processes for the site.
• Inspect security personnel performance and adherence to post orders.
• Coordinate emergency notifications and client communications.
• Provide direction and guidance to subordinates on duty.
• Make recommendations on disciplinary actions and performance improvements.
• Respond to client requests and incidents.
• Assist in security surveys and post order preparation.
• Support cost reduction and productivity initiatives for the site.
