Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training/licensing.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Access to required licensing if driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Control overtime to designated levels.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance on shift.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
