Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for our Latham, NY location. The role oversees the on-site security team, staffing, scheduling, training, and client-focused service to ensure contract compliance and quality performance.

Work hours are 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with a full-time schedule and a $22.24 hourly pay rate. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, able to pass state-required trainings and licensing, and at least one year of supervisory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensure.
• Must pass state licensing tests if driving company or client vehicle.
• One year supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed) and able to operate comms equipment.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime limits per AUS policy.
• Inspect staff performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications and direct subordinates as needed.
• Provide guidance and ensure adherence to site Post Orders.
