Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor for our Buffalo, NY site. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with hours 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Must have one year of security and supervisory experience and will oversee on-site security operations, training, and client service to ensure contract compliance. The role includes payroll support, incident review, post orders, and cost-control recommendations while leading a team of security personnel.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company or client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll and incident report reviews; support post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and provide emergency notifications per post orders.
