Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations at a client site. The role focuses on staffing, training, and contract compliance to ensure high-quality service.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and state-required licensing, with 2+ years of security leadership experience. Work hours are Mon-Fri 6am-2pm; compensation is $20.50 per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security or an Associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed where required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Support payroll, incident reports, security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
