Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a designated shift at a Fort Worth site. The role involves coordinating with site supervisors, Account Managers, and security officers, along with coaching, recognizing performance, and applying disciplinary actions within approved guidelines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience) and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel and the public; use initiative within guidelines.
• Must frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required; licensing as per state/local laws.
• Drivers license with driving experience and clean record required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Able to handle crisis and routine situations calmly and effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within the empowerment range.
• Ensure timely preparation of reports and logs and maintain records.
