Johnson Controls in Jacksonville, FL seeks an on-site Project Lead for fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems. You will plan, execute, and close projects, manage costs and billing, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure high standards and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years’ experience with security systems, relevant certifications, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• 2-5 years’ experience with installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems.
• Working knowledge of electricity and electronics; ability to troubleshoot.
• Security certifications with P2000, Lenel or C-Cure 9000 required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver strong customer service.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office; basic IT networking knowledge.
• Ability to read complex building plans and electrical documents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site projects for fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems; coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
• Manage project costs, billings and cash flow; pursue change orders where appropriate.
• Provide jobsite coordination for hardware placements and commissioning; ensure safety compliance.
• Coach technicians and subcontractors; ensure accurate as-built and commissioning documentation.
• Communicate project status and forecasts to management; ensure warranty execution.
